From eco-friendly parkas to ethical outerwear, this guide has plenty of sustainable coats and jackets for chilly fall days and downright freezing winters.
Living in the Chicago area, I need a wide variety of outerwear for the fluctuating temperatures (it’s currently -20 Fahrenheit as I’m writing this in the middle of winter, but temps can get to 100 degrees Fahrenheit once we hit July and August). So this guide reflects the variety of climates that anyone in the world may live in!
Not sure when it’s the right time to make an investment in an ethical fashion piece? Check out my free Closet Inventory and Budget Template that will help you track what you have, what you want/need, and understand when it’s right to make the investment—and when it’s not.
Note that this guide includes affiliate links. As always, I only include brands I truly believe in that have high standards for ethics and aesthetics.
